Ben Moechtar has spent the last 10 years working as a restaurant Sommelier for some of Sydney’s most respected and lauded restaurants, alongside a diversity of kitchen and floor talent.
While working in differing positions within hospitality, food, wine and media industries, Ben has amassed quite a reputation for his service skills, product knowledge, literary expression and friendly, simple and down to earth disposition. Ben is intent on raising the profile and understanding of Spain in Australia and sharing it’s many culinary secrets, culture and attitudes.
